Heather Chisholm (D.M.D)
Heather is a graduate of UBC faculty of Dentistry and has been practising on Vancouver Island for over 20 years. Heather practises all aspects of general dentistry and is proud to be using the latest in techniques, materials and technology. She is passionate about creating smiles. She maintains her commitment to excellance by continuing to attend various lectures, conferences, and clinical programs with special emphasis on cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry. Heather is an active member at Vancouver Island University as an instructor for the Dental Hygiene program where she teaches histology, anatomy, embrylolgy, local anaesthetic and clinical dental hygiene. During the winter you can catch Heather and her family on the slopes of Mt. Washington enjoying her our beautiful BC atmosphere. Heather is an active practioner of yoga and strives to bring the peace and calm of yoga to all aspects of her dental practice.
Victoria Rogoschewsky (D.M.D)
Victoria received her bachelor of science from Troy University in Alabama and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the UBC faculty of Dentistry in Vancouver. She is passionate about educating patients and dedicated to enhancing their oral health and well-being. She continues to enhance her skill set and incorporate new techniques by keeping up-to-date with different continued education courses. She values giving back to the community and helping those unable to obtain proper care and has volunteered in many pop up dental clinics; these have included the downtown east side in Vancouver, Abbottsford, Surrey, Tl'etinqox Nation (Anaham Lake), and most recently Phuket, Thailand. In her spare time this small town Sask farm girl can be found on the volleyball court or relaxing and enjoying the company of family and friends.
Joan Mercer (Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH))
Joan has been in the dental field since 1981. She attended Canadian Forces Dental School Services, and has been practicing as a dental hygienist for 23 years. Joans main focus in hygiene is towards periodontal health, where she enjoys giving patients the information and tools to attain and maintain a healthy periodontium. Continuing education is a constant part of Joans interests and passing on current information to her patients. Joan enjoys spending time with her two sons.

Fern Ritchie (Administrator)
Fern has been in dentistry for over 20 years. She started as a dental assistant and moved to the front desk helping with insurances and booking appointments. Fern has enjoyed helping people find THEIR perfect smile. She can help you understand your insurance so it best suits your treatment needs. Fern loves to be outdoors, hiking, working on her yard and having barbeque's with friends and family.

Brittany Bidochka (Certified Dental Assistant)
Brittany graduated from VIU dental assisting program in 2013. She has been at Eagle Point Dental ever since. Brittany's favorite part of being a dental assistant is changing someones smile, therefore changing their lives. Brittany lived in Mexico for 6 years after highschool and worked as a professional resort dancer for many different resorts before deciding she would like to have a career in dentistry. She moved home in 2011 to be close to her family and friends again and decided a dental assistant is what she wanted to be :)
Jessica Knight (Certified Dental Assistant)
Jessica graduated from the College of New Caledonia dental assisting program in Prince George. Jessica has also taken advanced training in Dallas Texas on the E4D machine. She is qualified to scan, design as well as stain and glaze our in office crowns using the E4D system. Jessica has a eye for smile design and cosmetic dentistry. Her favorite part of dental assisting is seeing her patients self-esteem improve whether it is because of cosmetic changes or the feeling of a healthier mouth.

Casey is a graduate of Vancouver Island University Dental Assisting Program. She joined our team in May of 2015 and loves working as a together with everyone at Eagle Point Dental. Casey’s favourite part of dental assisting is placing implants and the ever-evolving procedures of surgery.
Outside of the office Casey is an active member with Girl Guides of Canada. She loves teaching her girls new things as well as taking her Pathfinders and Rangers on many camping trips.
